• Used remote desktop tool LogMeIn to assist with troubleshooting and malware cleanup, such as fake Windows Defender popups

BowtiedCyber LLC - Website Administrator (November 2023 to February 2024)

• Gathered resources to help budget-conscious students pursue their cybersecurity certifications.
• Certifications currently include CompTIA Network+ and Security+, as well as AZ-900 and Splunk Core Certified User.
• Main responsibility was access control. Used least privilege to make sure only the people who were on the project had access, and to enforce that each had their own section. Details in the writeup.

TEKsystems - Temporary Work (October 2024)

• Configured vehicle-mounted units (VMUs) with warehouse software, per given instructions.
• Coordinated with floor manager to reduce downtime of forklift vehicles by making VMU swaps while vehicles were charging.
• Immediately after VMU swaps, feedback was that new VMUs/equipment felt smoother and more responsive.

Tiffin Drive-In (Moonlite Theatre) - Temporary Work (March 2022)
